A club triathlon which is part of the Club Championships. This takes place on a private estate near Harringworth.
Swim: 750 metres in the lake.
Bike: 8 miles (2 laps).
Run: 4 miles (1 lap).- When:

- Kit list:
A Mountain Bike.You will need to sign a liability waiver to use this private lake.
A Bike Helmet is compulsory (to BS, Snell or Ansi standards).

Entry is on the day.
Arrive before 9:30pm to set up your Transition. Registration is from 9:00 to 9:50am. Briefing 9:55am. Race starts 10:00am.
