The St. Georges Utah Ironman Triathlon takes place today, 7th May.

UPDATE: Roger's swim time for the 2.4 miles, was 1:06:11 for 281st or 28th in his Age Group.
T1 was 3:03 minutes.
His bike time for 112 miles was 5.24.56 at an average speed of 20.68mph. This moved him up to 91st overall and 7th in his AG.
T2 was 2.20 minutes.
The marathon 26.2 mile run took Roger just 3.29.47 at an average speed of 8mpm.
He, therefore, finished in 10.06.17 for 45th overall and 1st out of 224 in his AG.
Roger won his AG by 4.33 minutes, but more importantly qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii in October for the 4th successive year.
