Saturday afternoon - 2.30 - 4.30pm. Further details on these sessions will be emailed out shortly. Proposed initial training dates are as follow
Sat 27th Sept - (Try-a-Tri session for novices and experienced racers) This is a great way to end the season. Distances will depend on age. The first 30 mins will be talking through and explaining where to go and what to do. The aim being to deliver a low key triathlon timetrial that will cater for both First timers and Experienced Junior triathletes. Meet at Stanground ready for hopefully a 2.pm start time. Limited bikes available to borrow. Registration to open 1.00pm, please try not to leave it late as tri briefing/walk through of the course is at 1.40pm.
Please remember this is a fun low key training session 'have a go at a tri event'

Parents we will need as many of you as possible to help marshal, time keep and generally help out. With the great numbers we have been getting I am sure you appreciate how much man power is required to successfully deliver sessions safely.
