I still have a cold, so will have to give it a miss. I did the St.Neots tri at the weekend, even though I knew that it would make it worse.

Good to see that a few people will be out.

Great ride today, a good 45m done nice and steady - although the headwind for the last 5m wasn't playing fair!
2 of us left Jems at 9:05 this morning, I saw another Pactrac'er on my way back in so apologies if we missed anyone.
