I will be there next Saturday Graeme I am coming back rom injury and kinda hoping your suffering from the race still hahah see you there if not before at swimming.

Well that was the perfect remedy to a long time away from riding.....4 hours hardest ever course ive benn on before and head wind for over two hours .....yay. hope Mondays better.
