Raising money for Oxford Childrens Hospital

Mon, 20th Jun 2011 - 12:00 a.m.

On January 7th 2011 our son Eliot had a seizure. He was rushed to Kettering Hospital where he was diagnosed with a very rare brain abscess.
He needed urgent brain surgery to drain the abscess and was transferred to Oxford Childrens Hospital where he underwent a number of life saving operations.
Eliot stayed on Robins ward for a around 5 weeks where he was nursed back to health. 5 months on and all though he hasn't yet made a full recovery he is doing well.

On 31st July i'm taking part in the UK Iron man in Bolton and have been raising money through sponsorship.

Please sponsor me at www.justgiving.com/david-naylor33

All the money raised will go directly to Robins Ward to help them buy new medical equipment and toys and games for the children, to help make their time in hospital a little bit more enjoyable.

Thank you very much

Dave
