Training coach

For the last couple of years my training has not been as focussed as I would like. Next year I move up an age group and want to qualify for Auckland in October and put up a decent performance in the National Champs both classic and sprint distance. I've been self trained in the past but feel that I need a coach. Would any of the Pactrac coaches relish taking on the challenge?

Hi Chris.

You'll need a good hard swim session with Caroline (Monday), a quality run session with Sean (Tuesday) and some river swims (Thursday).

Update:

From the Perkins GER, chill for 3 weeks, and then start next year's aerobic work on November 1st

Hi Chris , you know what to do ...
Sat - hard ride, 3hrs+ with the bikey boys 3HRS
Sun - Steady ride 2hrs & run off bike 3HRS
Mon - Swim at Oundle 1HR
Tues - 60min run tempo or track 1HR
Weds - Gym , Weights & stretch 75MINS
Thurs - Easy run 45-50mins 50 MINS
Fri - Swim 1HR

10.5HRS ISH DONE !
