Good luck to Roger and Emma Cranfield in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii on Saturday 13th October. You can follow their progress on the day on ironmanlive.com

Both qualified by winning their Age Groups at Ironman Bolton in July.

Roger Canham 1:05:58 5:33:30 3:08:14 = 9:54:02
Emma Cranfield 1:01:09 6:04:16 3:41:26 = 10:52:13

This will be Roger's 11th Ironman race in just 6 years. It took me 26 years to do 11. It will be Emma's 3rd Ironman.

Great interview, very inspirational. Shows that if your willing to keep learning and pushing the limits, age is just a number.
Time to get more focused on training I reckon.
