Having done their bike fits I can deffo recommend getting Ben to look at your position - he really helped me, even though there were no drastic alterations. There is nothing new next weekend (aside from some new kit) but it's still worth a look, I reckon. Daniel told me on Friday he was going to pop over to see what they had.

Tue, 8th Nov 2011 - 12:00 a.m.

I bought a Swim Spa from these guys, it cost an arm and a leg, it costs more too run than they say, I have had a few teething issues with it, it isn't as good as swimming in the pool, we keep it at 36 degrees, so it's too hot to swim in anyway.......regrets........absolutely not, the best decision I ever made. It has changed the way we use our home, we have a garden with a purpose 365 days a year, we are out there at night, in the dark, family just love it, never get bored of what is essentially, the biggest Jacuzzi in the world, that you can get a massage in, swim in, do stretching in, it's just like being on holiday every night. We go out less as well, which saves a few quid and funds heating it!! Extravagant yes, worth every penny absolutely!!! Helps with training? suspect I could make it help, but it's just too nice splashing about with the kids to think about training!!
