Guys
Just to let you know we will cancel this weeks planned ride on sunday 29th Jan as its going to be 'very icy' and not worth someone getting hurt.
Next weeks will be a planned hour ride which I would ask you all to meet up and ride out yourselves. I have 'orientation training' for the Olympics so can not make it. We will however make sure a coached session is in the following week! So all that good work from the last two weeks is not undone.
If the weather makes any positives for tomorrow I will post on the website tonight a change of plans and we will meet tomorrow.
Sorry guys but this time of year we may have the odd week like this....but thats the UK for you!! :)
