Recently, some of the local Open Water swimmers have joined us for our Thursday night swims.
This Saturday 1st September, they are planning to swim from Cotterstock to Fotheringhay,(around 3 miles}, have a rest/picnic, then swim from Fotheringhay to Elton (another 3 miles).
If you're in the area, feel free to come along and do all or some of both/either swims.
Meet at Fotheringhay bridge at 2pm, postcode is PE8 5HZ.
Some will also camp by Fotheringhay Castle as it's almost the full moon. Price for camping is £4.
Usual OSS swim responsibility applies, i.e., everyone swims at their own risk, no support boats etc.
This swim will cover our last 3 Woodford to Wansford swims for anybody that missed and wants to catch up.
