Tri: 750m lake swim, 10k off-road bike, 5k off-road run
Duathlon: 5k off-road run, 10k off-road bike, 5k off-road run
Box End Park, Kempston, Bedford
Bargin £10 per race, Enter on day
Registration closes at 6.30pm for 7pm start
Race 1: 16/5/13
Race 2: 13/6/13
Race 3: 18/7/13
Race 4: 15/8/13
Best 3 races count towards series prizes (but you can just enter odd ones if you want)
