"As you may be aware, on the 5th July we are holding a 10k Women’s only running event in Milton Keynes.

I would be really grateful if you could pass this on to your female members/anyone else you think this might be of interest too. If you could add this to your social media pages wherever possible, that would be fantastic.
We also have opportunities for experienced female runners to pace at the event, with time slots of 50, 55,60,70 minutes available. If you know anyone this may appeal to, please ask them to get in touch with me direct.
