We have a fantastic weekend lined up for you.
This Saturday is at Stanground, and you get the chance to try a Wattbike. This will tell you how efficiently you are pedalling.
We have Helen Preston from Preston's Physio talking about what you can do now to avoid injury in the future.
Stefan Lawrence will then be doing some underwater filming to correct your swim stroke.
This will be followed by an open water skills session in the pool.
After lunch we have some Transition advise from Roz Giles, followed by either watching or helping marshal at the Children's Triathlon - or a bike ride with Sean Beard and Tristan Matthews.
The day will finish with a picnic and a game of Rounders.
WHAT A FANTASTIC LINE-UP.
Sunday is at Oundle and starts with a Nutrition Seminar by Tracy McCartney, followed by feedback from yesterday's Underwater Swim Filming.
BTF Race Referee Sam Fielding will then run through a few rules of triathlon.
Sue Burnett and Sue McLeod then have a session on Nutrition and Doping in Sport.
This is followed by another swim session to put the feedback from yesterday into practice.
Zone 3 Wetsuits will be there, for you to try a wetsuit on.
We then have a run technique session with Sean Beard and Stefan Lawrence on the Oundle Track, followed by a ride of the Mini-Series course with advise on your Transition Set-up.
WHAT A FANTASTIC LINE-UP.
