New swim/bike training session at Stanground.

The PACTRAC coaching team are offering adult members a new 10 week series of coaching sessions to help prepare you for the new season. Some of our best coaches and world class age group athletes will be leading the sessions from 19th January to 23rd March, with details as follows:

Dates: Every Saturday morning from 19th January to 23rd March inclusive, 09.30 -11.30
Place: Stanground Academy (school), Peterborough Road, Stanground, PE7 3BY
Session plan:

09.30 – 10.30 swimming.

10.30 – 11.30 - bike or run or strength & conditioning (vary by week and depending on weather conditions) - further details to follow, with weekly session plan.

Coaches (alternating weeks): Simon Hoppe, Sam Fielding, Tristan Matthews, Paul Lunn/Julie Cushion, Sarah Haslam, Robert Head
What do you need to bring: swim, bike, outdoor and indoor bike and running kit, £5 + a smile & plenty of enthusiasm!
Cost per session: £5

Directions: From the Stanground Fire Station RAB, head in the direction of Farcet / Yaxley. It is the 3rd minor turning on the left. (The 2nd is the exit). We are in the new Sports Building.
Please come and support these sessions - which are designed to help you and provide you with low cost and personalised access to some top class local coaches and triathletes.

Hi Pactracers, please find details of the upcoming Saturday sessions at Stanground.
These are being run every Saturday from Jan 19th (next week) until March 23rd. We are using our own Pactrac coaches to deliver the sessions.
The format will be swim from 09:30 to 10:30, then either bike, run or strength & conditioning from 11(ish) to 12.
We need you to come along in order to make these successful. We will create these as events in our FB group, please indicate if you are coming (even if it's only a maybe) so that we can plan the sessions accordingly.
Please also indicate your preference for outdoor bike, indoor bike, run or S&C. Weather, time, ability and preference are all factors here so we as coaches need to know what you - the members - want us to deliver.
