The AKAM swim,runs are back for another year and expanding again in 2020. This time, their will be 7 events:
7th June - Ferry Meadows, Peterborough.
28th June - Box End, Bedford.
4th July (Saturday) - Long Eaton.
19th July - Grafham Water.
6th Sept - Rotherham.
13th Sept - Tunbridge Wells.
20th Sept - St.Ives.
Distances vary but are usually:
Intro 5k Solo Swimrun (PACTRAC discount £2:50).
Mild Mustard Sprint 10k Solo Swimrun (PACTRAC discount £5).
Middling Mustard Half 21k Solo Swimmrun (PACTRAC discount £10).
Middling Mustard Half 21k Team Swimrun (PACTRAC discount £20).

AKAM are also looking for volunteer marshals to help at these events and a 10k solo race credit is available in return for marshalling (£48). This credit can also be used as part payment for longer distances and team races.
