Annual Training Plan

The club Annual Training Plan (ATP) is used for training all athlete levels with a focus on summer racing.

The ATP provides a framework that you can use as a basis for your personal training plans by complimenting it with sessions outside of the club and specific to races and schedules. Athletes should remember to plan recovery and rest within their plans.
