The PACTRAC Annual Training Plan (ATP) is used by the club to develop sessions with a focus on summer racing. We've shared this plan so you can see what club coaching is available or we hope to offer after restrictions are lifted.
The ATP gives a framework that athletes can use as a basis for personal training plans by complimenting it with sessions outside of the club and specific to races and schedules. Athletes should remember to plan recovery and rest within their plans.
Current government restrictions limit what we can do together but we're here to support you in any way we can.
