Biathlon 2
This is a Swim and Run race taken part usually in the pre season calendar. If nothing else this race is a great brick session but it give athletes and good marker on where there swimming and running capability is at before race season.
Middle Distance
Following the traditional distances of an Olympic distance triathlon event PACTRAC doubles the Mini Series course to give you a mid-distance race. This course is designed to give competitors a test of their speed endurance whilst still keeping the pace high... this proves to be a tough, hard and fast race.
Distances are as follows and the start will be within Oundle Swimming Center.
Swim 900 yards. Bike 20 miles. Run 5 miles.
Long Distance Triathlon
This is PACTRAC longest and most enduring event of the season. This is a great test of Endurance and good trainng for those looking to take on a Half or Full Iron Man.
The race starts at the Oundle Swimming Pool.
swim 1800 yards. Bike 40 miles. Run 10 miles
Ride and Tie
Teams of two will battle it out over three laps covering 6 miles of tarmac. The race is about sharing the running and biking in any share you and your partner choose. This is a great event to get famly and freinds involved wether it be letting your kids laugh at you on the bike as you run the 3x6 mile loops or you swap mile-on-mile off with your training partner.
Great fun and good brick training session for season start.
Off Road Triathlon
Held in private grounds the Off Road Traithlon at PACTRAC offers a great race to those competitors who like cross country biking and running compared to the tarmaced road. The open water swim is held in a Lake within the grounds and the course is a bumpy and challenging test.
Open Water 750m swim. 8m bike. 4m run.
Novice Only Triathlon
This race is a replica of the MINI SERIES race at PACTRAC with Novices ONLY being allowed to enter. This race is designed to take away the pressure of racing without mistakes and gives you a chance to perform against similar standard competitors. You have to have less than a year of racing experience in Triathlon to qualify.
This is race is open to the public as are all of our races. Even if you have basic gear like a mountain bike instead of a road or tri bike please don`t be afraid to try our sport.
Oundle Carnival 5km Run
This is a great fun run organised of the back of the traditional annual Oundle Carnival.
The fun run (5km approx) will start with a lap of the rugby field, after which the route will take runners to Glapthorn, across the footpath and back to Cotterstock Road, and the Finish back at the Rugby club.

National Relays Nottingham
National Relays at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham.
Basically each team has 4 members. Team member 1 swim's 400 metres in the lake (wetsuit required), before tagging team member 2 who swims 400 metres, then member 3 swims 400 metres, before member 4 swims 400 metres before tagging member 1 who cycles 3 laps - 9 miles, before tagging member 2 who cycles 9 miles etc. Once all members have cycled, member 4 will tag member 1 who will run 1 lap - 3 miles, before tagging member 2 ... etc.
We usually organise our teams into equal abilities, so that we can have a little race amongst ourselves, so all abilities are welcome.
The Mixed Race is usually on Saturday Afternoon.
